I'm a Nookachamp!

I ran the Nookachamp 1/2 Marathon this weekend . The race was located in Mount Vernon, WA. It rained before the race and the entire afternoon after... but we got lucky and stayed dry during the race! Brandon and Ellie were there cheering me on. I couldn't have had a better cheering squad! Thanks for supporting me! Post race picture with my friend Angela.

Congratulations!!! That's such a huge accomplishment!! 13.1 miles is no easy run! Good job! Nice that it didn't rain during the race as well! Anyhow, I am sure that it's nice to have it over (at least the training part!) and congrats on finishing it!

I want to mention to everyone that your husband was the only one I saw on the course that was out there cheering on his wife! He gets gold stars for that!

Way to go Debbie! I can't wait for SLC, actually I wish it would get here soon because that would mean our training is OVER!

Way to go Deb! I remember when you Anne and Kacey ran the moab 1/2 marathon and I was so amazed that I knew people who could run that far- now I am training to do the Moab 1/2 in March and I am way excited- You inspired me :) way to go

Congrats- great work. I wish I loved to run, but I don't, so I have a lot of respect for runners. Your Costa Rica adventures look awesome! What a killer Christmas. You looked great surfing- good work standing up.

Deb that is so great! I am determined to run one in the next few months-if you have any tips on how to train I would love to hear them!

Debbie Clarke Rowley -- still running? I'm so impressed! Do you think tickling my 9-month-old counts as working out, because that's about all the exercise I get these days (okay, let's be honest, I don't really know what the word exercise means). Glad to see your doing well! Ellie is adorable!
